はじめに

宿題おしえて（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。

本アプリは、保護者が子供の宿題を教える際のサポートツールとして設計されています。

収集するデータ

本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。本アプリが扱うデータは以下のとおりです。

• 宿題の画像データ：撮影した宿題の写真は、教え方ガイドを生成するためにサーバーに送信されます。送信された画像はサーバー上に保存されず、処理完了後に破棄されます。
• 学年設定：お子さんの学年情報は、お使いのデバイス内（ローカル）にのみ保存されます。
• 利用履歴：過去の質問履歴は、お使いのデバイス内（ローカル）にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。
• デバイス識別子：サービスの安定運用のため、デバイス固有の識別子を利用回数の管理に使用します。この識別子から個人を特定することはできません。

AI（人工知能）の利用について

本アプリは、Google が提供する Gemini API を利用して、宿題の画像から教え方ガイドを生成しています。

• 撮影した宿題の画像は、教え方ガイドの生成のために Google のサーバーに送信されます。
• 送信された画像データは、回答生成の目的にのみ使用され、Google によるモデルのトレーニングには使用されません（API 利用規約に準拠）。
• 画像データはサーバー上に永続的に保存されません。

データの保存

学年設定および質問履歴は、デバイスのローカルストレージに保存されます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータも一緒に削除されます。

第三者への提供

本アプリは、上記の AI 処理を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有することは一切ありません。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは保護者向けのアプリケーションです。お子様が直接使用することを想定していませんが、お子様の宿題の画像を扱うため、お子様の個人情報（名前、学校名など）が画像に含まれないようご注意ください。

プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページにて通知します。

Introduction

Shukudai Oshiete ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

The App is designed as a support tool for parents to help teach their children's homework.

Data Collection

The App does not collect personal information such as names, addresses, or phone numbers. The data handled by the App is as follows:

• Homework images: Photos of homework are sent to our server to generate teaching guides. The images are not stored on the server and are discarded after processing.
• Grade level settings: Your child's grade level is stored only on your device (locally).
• Usage history: Past question history is stored only on your device (locally). No data is sent to external servers.
• Device identifier: A device-specific identifier is used for usage management to ensure stable service operation. This identifier cannot be used to identify individuals.

Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence)

The App uses Google's Gemini API to generate teaching guides from homework images.

• Photos of homework are sent to Google's servers to generate teaching guides.
• The image data sent is used solely for the purpose of generating responses and is not used for training Google's models (in accordance with API Terms of Service).
• Image data is not permanently stored on the servers.

Data Storage

Grade level settings and question history are stored in the device's local storage. Uninstalling the App will also delete all data.

Third-Party Sharing

The App does not provide, sell, or share any user data with third parties, except for the AI processing described above.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for parents and guardians. It is not intended for direct use by children. However, since the App handles images of children's homework, please ensure that children's personal information (such as names or school names) is not included in the photos.
