VideoSnap（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、不要な個人情報の収集は行いません。ただし、アプリの機能提供、品質向上、および広告配信のために以下のデータを収集・利用する場合があります。
撮影したすべての動画および録画中に保存したスナップショット（静止画）は、お使いのデバイスの写真ライブラリに直接保存されます。メディアデータが外部サーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません。
スナップショットは、動画録画中にライブプレビューから1フレームを切り出して保存します（AVCaptureVideoDataOutput方式）。保存時には画面が一瞬白く光る視覚的フィードバックを表示します。
マイクは動画の音声録音のために使用されます。音声が動画の一部として録音され、デバイス内に保存されます。音声データが外部に送信されることはありません。
Pro版（広告非表示および追加設定の解放）の購入処理および復元のために、Appleが提供するStoreKitを使用します。決済処理はすべてApple社を通じて安全に行われ、開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報などの個人決済情報を収集・保持することはありません。
本アプリでは、無料版において広告を表示するためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。広告表示の最適化（パーソナライズ広告の配信）のため、ユーザーの同意（App Tracking Transparency）に基づき、端末の識別子（IDFAなど）を利用することがあります。同意しない場合でも、広告の表示数自体は変わりませんが、関連性の低い広告が表示されるようになります。
本アプリは、以下の目的のためにデバイスへのアクセス権限を使用します：
動画・スナップショットはデバイスの写真ライブラリに保存されます。アプリの設定は UserDefaults に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、設定データはすべて削除されます。

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

VideoSnap ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.
The App respects your privacy. While we do not collect your personal data directly, we use third-party services for app functionality, quality improvement, and advertisement delivery, which may collect anonymous data.
All recorded videos and snapshots (still images saved during recording) are saved directly to the device's Photos library. No media data is sent to external servers.
Snapshots are captured from a single frame of the live preview during video recording (AVCaptureVideoDataOutput). A brief white screen flash is shown as a visual indicator when saving.
The microphone is used to record audio as part of video recordings. Audio is saved locally. No audio data is transmitted externally.
We use Apple's StoreKit to process and restore Pro plan purchases (ad removal and additional settings). All transactions are securely processed by Apple. The developer does not collect or store any payment information, such as credit card details.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version. To show relevant ads, we may use device identifiers (such as IDFA) based on your consent via App Tracking Transparency. Opting out will not reduce the number of ads shown but may result in less relevant ads.
The App accesses these services for the following purposes:
Videos and snapshots are saved to the device's Photos library. App settings are stored in UserDefaults. All app data is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
