はじめに
宿題おしえて（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、子どもが自分で宿題のヒントを見たり、保護者が教え方を確認したりするための学習サポートツールです。課金と広告の管理は保護者向けです。
収集・利用するデータ
本アプリは、不要な個人情報の収集は行いません。ただし、アプリの機能提供、品質向上、および広告配信のために以下のデータを一時的またはデバイス内に保存・送信する場合があります。
- 宿題の画像データおよび学年設定：撮影した宿題の写真および設定された学年情報は、AI（Gemini API）によるヒント／教え方ガイドを生成するためにAPIサーバー（shukudai-api.vercel.app）へ一時的に送信されます。送信されたデータはAI処理完了後に即時破棄され、サーバー上に保存されたり、モデルの学習に利用されたりすることはありません。
- デバイス識別子（IDFV）：サービスの安定運用（APIのレート制限管理）および最低限の利用状況の把握のため、Appleが提供するベンダー識別子（identifierForVendor）を送信する場合があります。この識別子から個人を特定することはできません。
- 利用イベント：起動、撮影開始、ヒント表示、課金画面の表示など、個人を特定しないイベント名をAPIサーバーへ送信し、サービスの品質改善に使います。氏名・メールアドレス・宿題の本文は送りません。
- 利用履歴：過去の質問履歴および設定された学年情報は、お使いのデバイス内（ローカル）に保存されます。
- アプリ内課金（StoreKit）：プレミアムプランの購入処理および復元のために、Appleが提供するStoreKitを使用します。決済処理はすべてAppleを通じて安全に行われ、開発者がクレジットカード情報などの個人決済情報を収集・保持することはありません。購入は保護者のApple ID（Face ID / パスコード）で行います。
- 広告配信（Google AdMob）：無料版の設定画面にのみバナー広告を表示します。ホーム画面とヒント画面には広告を出しません。お子さまが使うアプリとして、パーソナライズ広告は使いません。広告識別子（IDFA）を使ったトラッキングは行いません。
AI（人工知能）の利用について
本アプリは、Google が提供する Gemini API を利用して、宿題の画像から教え方ガイドを生成しています。
- 撮影した宿題の画像および学年情報は、教え方ガイドの生成のために Google のサーバーに一時的に送信されます。
- 送信されたデータは、回答生成の目的にのみ使用され、Google によるモデルのトレーニングには使用されません（API 利用規約に準拠）。
- 画像データはサーバー上に永続的に保存されません。
データの保存
学年設定および質問履歴は、デバイスのローカルストレージに保存されます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータも一緒に削除されます。
第三者への提供および外部サービス
本アプリは、上記の AI 処理および広告・決済インフラを除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有することは一切ありません。本アプリで利用している外部サービスプロバイダのプライバシーポリシーは、以下よりご確認いただけます。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは小学1年生から中学3年生の宿題を想定しています。子ども本人がヒントを見ながら使うことができます。課金と広告の設定は保護者の方にお願いします。
宿題の写真に、氏名・学校名・顔写真などの個人情報が写り込まないようご注意ください。広告は設定画面のみで、子ども向けの取り扱い（非パーソナライズ）として配信します。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページにて通知します。

Introduction
Shukudai Oshiete ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.
The App helps children work through homework with step-by-step hints, and also lets parents view teaching tips. Purchases and ads are managed by parents or guardians.
Data Collection and Usage
The App respects your privacy. While we do not collect personal information, we use third-party services and temporary transmissions to provide app functionality, manage usage, and deliver advertisements.
- Homework Images and Grade Levels: Photos of homework and configured grade levels are transmitted to our API server (shukudai-api.vercel.app) to generate hints or teaching guides via Gemini API. These data are discarded immediately after processing and are never stored on the server or used for training models.
- Device Identifier (IDFV): A device-specific identifier (identifierForVendor) may be sent to enforce rate limits and understand basic usage. This identifier cannot identify individuals.
- Usage Events: Non-identifying event names such as app open, capture start, hint shown, and paywall shown are sent to the API server to improve the service. We do not send names, email addresses, or the text of homework answers.
- Usage History: Past question history and configured grade levels are stored on your device (locally).
- In-App Purchases (StoreKit): We use Apple's StoreKit to process and restore premium plan purchases. All transactions are securely processed by Apple. The developer does not collect or store any payment information. Purchases require a parent or guardian's Apple ID (Face ID / passcode).
- Advertisements (Google AdMob): Banner ads appear only on the Settings screen for free users. Ads are not shown on the home or hint screens. Ads are treated as child-directed (non-personalized). We do not use IDFA tracking.
Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence)
The App uses Google's Gemini API to generate teaching guides from homework images.
- Photos of homework and grade information are temporarily sent to Google's servers to generate teaching guides.
- The transmitted data is used solely for the purpose of generating responses and is not used for training Google's models (in accordance with API Terms of Service).
- Image data is not permanently stored on the servers.
Data Storage
Grade level settings and question history are stored in the device's local storage. Uninstalling the App will also delete all data.
Third-Party Sharing and Services
The App does not provide, sell, or share any user data with third parties, except for the AI processing and advertising/payment infrastructures described above. You can find the privacy policies of the third-party service providers below:
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for homework from 1st grade elementary through 3rd year of junior high. Children may use the hint screens themselves. Parents or guardians should manage purchases and ad settings.
Please avoid photographing personal information such as names, school names, or faces. Ads appear only on Settings and are served as child-directed, non-personalized ads.
