第1条（本規約の適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、宿題おしえて（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（サービスの内容）

本アプリは、わからない宿題の写真から、答えではなく次の一手のヒントを出す学習サポートです。子ども本人が使うことも、保護者が教え方を見ることもできます。

• 本アプリが提供するガイドは参考情報であり、内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。
• AI が生成する回答には誤りが含まれる場合があります。最終的な判断は保護者または利用者ご自身で行ってください。

第3条（利用プラン）

無料プラン：1日あたり8回まで、宿題の分析機能をご利用いただけます。

プレミアムプラン（有料）：月額または年額のサブスクリプション（定期購読）で、分析機能を実質無制限でご利用いただけます。初回は7日間の無料トライアルがあります。

• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• 課金は Apple ID のアカウントに対して行われます。購入は保護者の方のFace ID / パスコードで行ってください。
• サブスクリプションの管理およびキャンセルは、購入後に iPhone の「設定」→ Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• 無料トライアル期間がある場合、未使用分はサブスクリプション購入時に失効します。

第4条（フェアユースポリシー）

プレミアムプランは実質無制限でご利用いただけますが、サービスの安定運用のため、以下の利用制限を設けています。

• 短時間での過度な連続利用
• 自動化ツールやプログラム（BOT）によるアクセス
• 通常の利用範囲を著しく超える大量のリクエスト

これらに該当すると判断された場合、一時的にサービスの利用を制限させていただくことがあります。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、その他の解析行為
• 本アプリのサーバーに対する不正なアクセスや攻撃
• 他のユーザーや第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 宿題の写真以外の不適切な画像の送信
• 本アプリを商業目的で無断利用する行為

第6条（免責事項）

• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、信頼性について一切の保証を行いません。
• AI が生成した教え方ガイドに基づく学習結果について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
• 通信障害やサーバーの不具合により、一時的にサービスが利用できない場合があります。

第7条（規約の変更）

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

第8条（準拠法）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

Article 1 (Application of Terms)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of Shukudai Oshiete ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The App is a learning support tool that turns a photo of homework into the next-step hint, not the full answer first. Children can use the hint screens themselves, and parents can also view teaching tips.

• The guides provided by the App are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
• AI-generated responses may contain errors. Please use your own judgment as the final decision.

Article 3 (Usage Plans)

Free Plan: You may use the homework analysis feature up to 8 times per day.

Premium Plan (Paid): A monthly or annual subscription provides virtually unlimited access to the analysis feature. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Purchases should be completed by a parent or guardian using Face ID / passcode.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Article 4 (Fair Use Policy)

While the Premium Plan offers virtually unlimited usage, the following usage restrictions are in place to ensure stable service operation:

• Excessive consecutive use within a short period
• Access via automated tools or programs (bots)
• An abnormally high volume of requests significantly exceeding normal usage

If such usage is detected, service access may be temporarily restricted.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the App
• Unauthorized access to or attacks on the App's servers
• Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
• Sending inappropriate images other than homework photos
• Unauthorized commercial use of the App

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• The App is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App.
• The developer assumes no responsibility for learning outcomes based on AI-generated teaching guides.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to network issues or server problems.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The developer may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms become effective upon posting on this page.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
