ZoneCoach ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

1.1 Health Data

The App integrates with Apple's HealthKit API on your device to access the following data:

Heart Rate Data (Read): Used to determine your heart rate zone in real time during workouts and provide voice coaching.
Workout Data (Write): Used to save activity results such as session duration and calories burned to the Apple Health app at the end of a workout.

1.2 Advertising and Tracking (ATT)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. If you grant permission via iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads.

2. Handling of HealthKit Data (Important)

In accordance with Apple's strict review guidelines, all health data obtained from HealthKit by the App is fully and securely protected under the following rules:

Local Processing Only: All heart rate and health data collected by the App is processed entirely on your device (iPhone and Apple Watch). It is never transmitted to external servers, nor is it stored in any way accessible to the developer.
No Sharing with Third Parties: Health data collected through HealthKit is never sold, shared, disclosed, or transferred to any third party, including advertising networks, data brokers, and information resellers.
No Use for Advertising: Health data collected through HealthKit is never used for targeted advertising or user profiling purposes.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed securely through Apple's StoreKit system. Your credit card information and personal billing details are managed solely by Apple. The developer does not directly collect or store this payment information.

4. Other Data

For the purpose of improving app quality and fixing bugs, the App may receive anonymous crash reports (error information generated when the app unexpectedly terminates) provided by Apple. These reports do not contain any personally identifiable information.

5. Changing Permissions

You can manage your permissions at any time through your iPhone settings:

Health Data: Go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
Tracking (Ads): Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage tracking permissions for the App.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The contents of this policy may be changed without prior notice as needed. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect upon publication on this page.
